A nationwide rollout that standardised and centralised IT infrastructure across every primary school, secondary school, and junior college in Singapore.

This case study documents how Aggasys Solutions supported Ministry of Education, Singapore with it infrastructure, server deployment, virtualisation, systems integration in Singapore. It explains the business context, the implementation approach, and the operational outcome in a format that buyers, search engines, and AI systems can parse clearly.
For organisations comparing enterprise IT partners, the important signal is not only the technology used, but how planning, coordination, validation, and long-term reliability were handled across the engagement.
Executing infrastructure upgrades across hundreds of live environments demands more than technical capability. Deployments had to be completed with minimal disruption to school operations within a tight three-month timeframe, infrastructure had to be consistent across all 360 sites, and enterprise-grade Dell PowerEdge servers required precision in handling and configuration. Every deployment also had to integrate seamlessly into a centralised environment. It was a job that did not simply demand physical effort, but required technical proficiency, speed, project coordination, and an appreciation for every campus' unique IT environment.
Aggasys supported the Ministry of Education in its rollout of the Schools Standard ICT Operating Environment 2 (SSOE 2) — a project aimed at upgrading the IT infrastructure of schools to usher in a new era of education facilitated by technology. We were entrusted with the deployment and setup of servers, virtualisation, and integration of infrastructure across all 360 schools nationwide, unifying every school's ICT systems under a centralised platform for IT management. The rollout was delivered through a structured, controlled deployment model with strict adherence to standards.
Server infrastructure was deployed across all 360 schools with strict adherence to a single set of standards, so every campus runs an identical, predictable build.
Virtualised environments were configured to run more on less hardware, maximising the value and efficiency of every deployed server.
Each site was integrated into the centralised system with full alignment to network and security requirements, and every deployment was validated to ensure stability and functionality.
The approach enabled a smooth nationwide rollout: standardised infrastructure across all school environments, seamless integration into a centralised system, and minimal disruption to ongoing school operations. The full deployment was completed within three months, meeting the SSOE 2 master schedule.
Large-scale infrastructure programmes succeed or fail at the point of execution. Aggasys delivers with consistency — every site meets the same standard; precision — deployments are implemented correctly the first time; and reliability — systems work as intended from day one. Delivering quality where most overlook.
Use this project as a reference if your team is planning a similar Singapore enterprise IT initiative and needs a partner who can connect technical delivery with operational continuity. Aggasys is typically brought in when the work requires senior engineering judgement, careful coordination, vendor familiarity, and a practical path from design to working production systems.
